Thank you for shopping with Earth And Elegance! We are committed to delivering your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24-48 hours (1-2 days) after the order is placed, pending payment verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your package.
Shipping Method: Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping 2-6 business days
  • Delivery time is an estimate and commences from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Business times can occasionally vary due to carrier delays or high volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the main areas in South Africa.
  • For international orders, please note that customs and import duties may be applied by your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Packaging & Protection

  • All soaps are carefully wrapped to maintain their quality and scent.
  • Jewellery items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at info@earthandelegance.co.za.
  • If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked "Delivered" by the courier.
